happy weekend & Fun Marshmallows

What is it about the weekend that makes me want to post about pretty food displays? Maybe it's because I feel I will have all the time in the world to try these beauties out for myself (as in........cook/bake........gasp!). Alas, it never ends up happening. One day, I'm going to just need to block everyone & everything out of my schedule & dedicate it to all of these pretty recipes. One day...

Until then, I think we should look to these marshmallows & learn something from them: if plain, old white marshmallows can be fun & festive, I say we can, too.
