Map Monday: As a Skillet

This takes making Mickey Mouse pancakes on Sunday morning to a whole new level, dontcha think? "Hey Mah...make me some Minnesota-shaped pancakes, will ya? & pour syrup over it carefully to serve as their many lakes while you're at it..."
I must admit, having frying pans in the shapes of states would definitely motivate me to cook more often! & the awesome thing is, you can actually order a custom skillet. You might want to add it as your one-and-only Christmas gift list, though...one skillet can run up to $400. But it's custom & of your home state, so it could definitely be worth the splurge!
I mean, the best part of waking up...is {California} on your plate.."
(It almost works...sorry for killing it, Folgers).

love those! i guess all 50 would be out of budget...
This is very cool. The only problem is that I think once I bought one, I'd eventually want all the others just to see how they fit together.
Yes--very similar to collecting the state magnets. We'd just definitely need a bigger budget for sure!
What a cool idea! But I have to admit I burst out laughing when I saw the Rhode Island skillet by itself. SO TINY!! (What is that, a skillet for ants!?!?")
Ha I know it! That skillet would have to be used for the extra small items on the menu...or baby pancakes!
